I have used Rachel three times. She is great! She sold one of my homes, sold a property, and helped me purchase a new home. We have been using her for approximately three years. She has always been very informative and prompt with getting back to us with any answers to questions that we had. The first home that we sold through her was sold in three days for cash at asking price. The property took a bit longer but it was still very quick sale and within a few thousand dollars of our asking price. With the home that I just recently purchased, she was extremely helpful because, it was only a month between my offer and closing. I was always working, in the middle of a cruise vacation, or traveling out of town. She and the title company that she recommended handled everything that needed to be taken care of so I would not have any worries. My experience with Rachel was simply over-the-top throughout the whole process of buying our home! My husband and I were looking around at homes still undecided where to buy and to familiarize ourselves with the different neighborhoods near Austin. We found Rachel at an open house in Lake Travis and this is where we began our journey. Rachel's personal attention, professionalism and communication is without doubt outstanding!! What a wonderful experience to have worked with her
Rachel represented me in both the purchase and sale of my home. She stayed in touch with me during the 18 month rehab of the property providing me with encouragement and insight to what areas of the home would provide the greatest return. She made available to me resources to that would help my home stand out among the rest. She was responsive to my concerns and general anxiety that comes with selling a home. She protected my privacy by always notifying me in advance is showings along with following up afterwards giving me input from prospective buyers. What a wonderful experience to have worked with her.
